I disagree, the man page basically is a place holder, adding a
conflict to the gcc-4.1-doc package. gcc(1) is not the only man page
not built anymore from the gcc-4.1 source, and many man pages from
other packages are not built anymore. A paragraph in the release notes
would be more appropriate.
