I checked in
http://buildd.debian.org/fetch.cgi?&pkg=postgresql-plproxy&ver=2.0.4-1&arch=powerpc&stamp=1209980354&file=log
that powerpc is using gcc-4.3_4.3.0-4 today. Good.

Moreover I tried to upgrade an old pbuild sid instance in a amd64 box; it
upgraded 'gcc-4.3-base' from 4.3.0-1 to 4.3.0-4 ( but this arch is
still using gcc 4.2 as gcc, so it is not a very good test ).
