What is the timeframe for getting the Alpha buildds updated to a
fixed version of gcc?
We've switched to 4.4 as default gcc a few days ago, and
the buildds are also running it already.
I've given back the packages that were known to fail, they should
get build again soon.
They were all succesful, except for wireshark which seems to
be a known issue with the package and not alpha specific.
So it's my understanding that PR8603 got applied to the>4.3.4,
4.4.2 and the 4.5 branches which "caused" PR42113 and that that
one is now fixed in the current 4.4.2 and 4.5 versions, but tht
4.3.4-6 still has this issue.
fixed upstream on the 4.3 branch as well. this should be fixed at least in
4.3.5-1 (and 4.4).
