Control: tags -1 - upstream Not an upstream bug. Upstream does not provide the /usr/share/doc-base/mpfr-manual file, which seems to be generated by Debian tools.

It seems that "#" is not recognized as a comment. Indeed, there is no way to have comments in doc-base files: /usr/share/doc/doc-base/doc-base.txt.gz Line 12 is an empty line. This error is probably due to the above warnings.
