As announced [1], we do not intend to release Debian 10 "Buster" with
the old libgnome (and related) libraries. These libraries have been
deprecated and unmaintained for several years.
gcc-6 (and gcc-5 and gcc-4.8) Build-Depends on libart-2.0-dev. gcc-7
does not, maybe it's related to the removed gij/gcj packages. Please
investigate whether that Build-Depends can be dropped for Buster.
