s-pack96.adb should generate ldl/ldr pair + lwl/lwr pair since 96=64+32.
When generate the pairs, it use the type SUBREG instead of REG, while in
mips_expand_ext_as_unaligned_load
it only process REG_P but without SUBREG_P.

FYI: 20200702: gcc-11 ftbfs again seems only on Cavium machine, since I
test it on my loongson box, it works well.
We did meet the similar problem with LLVM: there cannot be branch insn
include ll/sc pair.
I am digging the real problem.
