have only looked at a handful):

(MPL and LGPL-2.1 are missing)

License: GPL-3+
(GPL-3+ is missing)
Also, you point to /usr/share/common-licenses/GPL (unversioned) for GPL-2+.
Please add the licenses. It would be nice of you to convert the file to the
machine-readable format.
