With trixie we have removed the last mips* architecture from our
releases and later also removed all of them from unstable. The mipsen
toolchain is also almost gone from forky (only binutis-mipsen currently
remains). So I think it's time that we also remove the toolchain from
unstable which includes:

* binutils-mipsen
* cross-toolchain-base-mipsen
* gcc-14-cross-mipsen
* gcc-13-cross-mipsen
* gcc-12-cross-mipsen
* gcc-11-cross-mipsen
* gcc-defaults-mipsen
