Looking at the APT repo in more detail, it looks like a snapshot from early December 2013. So all packages are about a year old, without any security updates since then. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use such old packages without security updates. This explains why qgis is missing, at that time the breakage of openscenegraph prevented us from getting qgis 2.2.0 into the archive.
