Thanks for your indication. But I could not find where the original file and copyright were existed in translate.org.za. Dwayne, do you usually use these locales in your desktop? If so I would like to know what the status of these files are. And I also help you to put these files into the official upstream glibc. BTW, I've put these files into 2.3.2.ds1-14. Thanks.
