-- no debconf information

after upgrading libc from 2.3.2-7 to 2.3.2.ds1-10 some open GL
applications do not work anymore.

quake3 for example gives the following error:

....loading /usr/lib/libGL.so.1: QGL_Init: Can't load /usr/lib/libGL.so.1
from /etc/ld.so.conf or current dir: /usr/lib/tls/libGLcore.so.1:

glxgears works for some reason.
the nvidia drivers version is 1.0-4496 patched with the minon.de driver
for kernel 2.6.

i have tried reinstalling the driver but no avail. so far it seems only
downgrading libc6 solves the problem.
