netgroup caching doesn't exist in any stable Debian releases, and
unstable/experimental is tracking upstream, so we'll organically
pick this up in time.  I didn't see it as a regression, since it's
a new feature.

Certainly, if this is something more people care deeply about, I'd
be happy to review and help forward patches.

The Debian Edu team heavily relies on NIS netgroups coming from LDAP. So any help with this in Debian jessie is highly appreciated!!!
