My turn to be sorry, it appears to be a genuine issue on the GNU libc side, and changing the CPU definition in QEMU, either with -cpu or by disabling kvm) just hide the bug. I was not able to reproduce the issue as you need a non-Intel CPU to get the issue with the command line your provided. This bug also affects via C7 CPUs.
