* bump *

Checking again per next steps to upload v1.8.0 of 
golang-github-hashicorp-go-version
to unstable.

I had updated the copyright and performed my attempts at reverse build checks
that appeared mostly ok.

Welcome guidance on additional steps I should take or other constructive
feedback.
