Does anyone know if there is a reason to ship go.sum in golang-*-dev? Does anything consume it? It is a generated file that is not used (AFAIK) during Debian builds of Go packages. It would please my OCD to remove it, unless there is any motivation to retain it. Do the go toolchain require it? What does it use it for? /Simon
