I saw some repos which now have both g/gitlab-ci.yml and d/salsa-ci.yml and
the CI configuration is not updated to use d/salsa-ci.yml.

I am doing this now for some of the packages that I am uploading now. But I
totally agree with Otto that this is adding to confusion.
