Not entirly, but good enough to test dh-golang 1.66 in experimental. The incus packages are all already ported to module-aware builds with dh-golang 1.66 in experimental is a proof. We need to switch to module-aware builds quickly so we do not block Debian development. We shouldn't stuck in phase 1 to make it done in 100%.
