I hope we still can have all the rebuild results in Go Team Sprint
Phase 2, using Salsa-CI to trigger rebuilds tests with dh-golang 1.66
in experimental. This allows us to test application packages without
doing uploads for every single one.

And this will help us in two ways:
- We can quickly see common build failures, which will help us fix
-dev packages or fix in dh-golang.
- We can file bugs on BTS with the share log form salsa-ci for FTBFS
packages before dh-golang uploaded to unstable.

So that we get build results without really upload all of them into
experimental, and we collect needed info to make dh-golang solid
sooner and ready for the upload to unstable.
