Hi

We have this space on Salsa:

https://salsa.debian.org/go-team/attic

I don't think we should move packages there that we RM from
testing/unstable, for two reasons:

1) If the package for some reason ever needs to be re-introduced, having
it the "normal" https://salsa.debian.org/go-team/packages path will help
maintainers notice it more easily, when there is a name conflict with
the old package. (If the maintainer at that point in time decides the
old git project is pointless, then they can move it then.)

2) Sometimes people do backports or security updates of RM'd packages,
so the git project is still "alive" and useful, and it appears strange
to keep maintaining packages in the attic namespace. There is also the
question if Vcs-* URLs ought to be updated or not.

/Simon
