Misplaced empty project on Salsa — please remove

Hi,

I accidentally created an empty GitLab project under the wrong namespace:

  go-team/golang-github-ncruces-sort  (wrong — go-team root)

The correct packaging repo is (or will be):

  go-team/packages/golang-github-ncruces-sort

ITP: #1146820 (golang-github-ncruces-sort). Nothing was pushed to the
misplaced project.

Could a go-team admin please delete the empty project at
go-team/golang-github-ncruces-sort?
