I've just installed gnome2 because I had some problems with accents in gnome1. So I used unstable packages and so the installation script to convert gnome1 to gnome2.
And all works fine (except minor problems with locales, gnome-terminal and nautilus), and I've now a really nice gnome2. I've only lost 2 buttons in the panel during the conversion (log-off and lock screen). Thanks a lot for the great job you've done, and especially Sven Luther for his help today. C�line
