   Well unless I am confused as I thought the consensus was that 
sid wasn't going straight to GNOME 2.1. In any case, everyone 
needs to be on the same playbook here. Either they track sid
for GNOME 2.0.x or 2.1.x... but mixing stuff willy-nilly is just
asking for trouble.
