Hi, Well, it seems I found the problem (just after I sent the email). Just in case someone is in the same situation the fix for me was to remove libtool 1.6-0+1.5a-4 and install libtool 1.5.6-3 (don't really remember where 1.6.0 came from). The good news is that everything's back to normal now...
