Should I follow this policy? It was last updated in 2005.
There is not a GNOME policy maintained via the aegis of the Debian Policy
group, but that's not unusual. A lot of the packaging teams have their
own policies. The best place to ask this question would be on
[email protected], so far as I can tell.
