I hadn't noticed, but it seems we're calling dh_makeshlibs -V. This might
make sense at some other times as eds changes are normally big between
microreleases, but in the case of .4 the changes were a lot smaller than
the average.

This should be a non-issue from now on, as eds has gained some shiny
symbols files.
