Please let me know whether I can upload as-is, or whether I should do a
respin of this with a reduced scope.
I haven't uploaded this to the trixie queue just yet to give the stable
release managers an opportunity to check my reasoning about what
should/shouldn't be in a stable update, but the proposed version is
available from https://people.debian.org/~smcv/temp/2025/13.1/glib2.0/
in case it's easier to review as a .dsc, or from
https://salsa.debian.org/gnome-team/glib/-/tree/wip/trixie-pu?ref_type=heads.
It is functionally equivalent to the version that migrated to forky
yesterday.
Locally-built binaries for amd64 and i386 are also available in
https://people.debian.org/~smcv/temp/2025/13.1/glib2.0/ for easier
testing.
Similarly the proposed glib2.0 update for 12.12 (#1111600, which
overlaps with this one) is in
https://people.debian.org/~smcv/temp/2025/12.12/glib2.0/ and
https://salsa.debian.org/gnome-team/glib/-/tree/wip/bookworm-pu?ref_type=heads.
Thanks,
