Please allow me to update and clearfy my question. In my application I do load the icons like this by name
QIcon.fromTheme('docment-save')
This does not work on default GNOME Debian 13 installation because the
Adwatia icon package does not offer "document-save".
From my point of view and understanding it should because "document-save" is a standardized name defined by the Free Desktop Icon Naming Specification.
But I am assuming I do miss something in the bigger picture here. Regards, Christian
