I have just uploaded three libraries that I maintain to the darcs repo:

http://darcs.debian.org/darcs/pkg-haskell/haskell-unixutils/
changing the Maintainer field to DHG, putting myself as uploader,
adding a Vcs-Darcs entry and adding an UNRELEASED changelog
entry.
I intend to upload my other haskell libraries over the next couple
of days (or week).
