I've add a patched to debian/patches and updated the debian/patches/series file and now it builds as long as I 'quilt push -a' the patches before I build it. However when I build the package the patches aren't being applied. When I look in the debian/rules file, I can't find where any of the debian/patches are being applied. Do I need to fiddle the rules file to make sure the patches get applied? What about the other patches? Why aren't they being applied?
