GHC 6.6.1 packages are in Haskell Unsafe (amd64 only, although you can build the source on your arch if you want (please let me know if you try this, regardless of whether it succeeds or fails)):
I've succesfully built GHC 6.6.1 from source package on my i386—it works, though I didn't try to build something serious with it, because of need for recompiling all installed haskell libraries with new GHC version.
