probably the scrips get confused by the existence of an old binary (on
s390, in this case) in the archive, where the bug is still present.

I’d suggest you file a bug against ftp.debian.org, requesting removal of
the broken s390 package, with the information that because of
not-for-us, no fixed packages will be added to the archive.

When that has happened and it still does not migrate, mail
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
