Are you sure the model of your Seagate disks is ST32250W and not ST32550W ? Because I've found none reference about it.
If it was a misprint, consult: http://www.seagate.com/support/disc/scsi/st32550w.html These disks should work with hp735 (according the appropriate jumpers setting). Matter to be continued ... d lorin
