If you register it with Internic you should contact the hostmaster
(DNS administrator) of the place where you you want to host it:
GNU or your ISP, and arrange the IP where the domain will point.

BTW, why not `hird.org', it is a doubly-recursive acronym after all,
and it's not taken yet.
