If you're already a Debian developer, you should upload as documented in the Developer's Reference (chapters 7 & 8). If you're not a Debian developer, you can submit necessary changes (if any) to the bug tracking system <URL:http://bugs.debian.org/>. You can also put the deb files somewhere, so impatient people can download them at once. You may also apply to become a Debian developer <URL:http://nm.debian.org/>. -- Robbe
