It seems that a glibc package build is larger than 918 megs. =( Is there a firm way to figure out what the maximum size of a partition can be? My three swap partitions are right on the end of this partition, so I should be able to redo it a little bit larger.
cfdisk reports my current partition size as 1019.94 (MB) df reports it as 980308 1k-blocks. I finished the build no problem, it's just putting together the package that's causing me grief. Basically, I'm trying to find out why I can't build a glibc that I can boot from. I figure my three choices are: a) Bad cross-compiler (I had this alot before I got it right a few years ago. Now I'm using the debian packages, and I have no reason to trust them) b) Bad toolchain (This seems probable, since Marcus is having the same problem I have in a known working environment, and Mark does not) c) Bad glibc Suggestions appreciated.
