The reason the FSF defends the use of the name GNU/Linux instead of
Linux is:

"There really is a Linux; it is a kernel, and these people are using it.
But you can't use a kernel by itself; a kernel is useful only as part of
a whole operating system. Linux is normally used in a combination with
the GNU operating system: the system is basically GNU, with Linux
functioning as the kernel."

So, If you're running the GNU system with the kernel of the GNU system I
don't see the point in adding /Hurd...

But that's not important. It would be important if people were not
giving credit where it's due, like in the GNU/Linux case.
