Hi I had a look at haskell-streaming-common and the test that fails is Data.Streaming.Filesystem getFileType other (defined in file test/Data/Streaming/FilesystemSpec.hs
Now I don't know Haskell at all, but it seems to me that what is failing there is the haskell function createNamedPipe which uses mkfifo.
