I think you were talking about
http://www.debian.org/international/l10n/po-debconf/ro
(e.g. acidlab and pdbv)

This is also broken on:
http://i18n.debian.net/debian-l10n/romanian/ro.by_status.html

So the problem is coming from the spider on i18n.debian.net.

I made a change recently (2009-04-19) which could explain this, but it
cannot be reverted because it solved a breakage in the From: header
parser.

For family reasons, I'm committed to support cedillas, so I will have a
look at how this can be solved, or if the database only needs to be
re-generated.

It would be nice also to generate those pages in UTF-8 and announce a
UTF-8 charset.
