Arabic is OK for level 1, even the very last included strings (from debian-installer-launcher). However, level 2 has a few incomplete translations: tasksel tasks, iso-codes ISO-3166 translations and console-data debconf translations. See http://d-i.debian.org/l10n-stats/level2/ar.txt
