What irritates me is the paragraph “
Already a happy Debian user and you only want to upgrade?"
There is a sentence (the second) talking about fresh install ("Fresh installation
ISOs now available ... ") in a paragraph explicitely dedicated to the upgrade way.
Either move that sentence into a separate paragraph as "Or want a fresh
install?"
or change the headline, so it mentions both cases, like "Already a happy Debian user
and you only want to upgrade? Or need a fresh install?"
