It does not.  See below.

I also see a lot of warnings about casts from pointers to integers of 
different sizes, so my confidence in the resulting binary being robust on
64-bit architectures is low.  If you would like the complete build log for
this version, I can send it to you, but it's not substantially different
from the versions already publicly available from buildd.debian.org.
