Hello, I'm the maintainer of the 'roy' source package, and am having a problem with convincing the autobuilder it should build it. The facts as I see them from my chair as maintainer:
* roy 1.0.7-1 introduced a profiling library package. Due to other architectures, the build-deps (for this aspect) from nothing to libc6-prof to an amalgam of all the possible names for the libc profiling packages. I finally figured out arch-dependent build-deps for the right package names on the right archs with 1.0.8-1. * According to http://www.buildd.net/buildd/ia64_Dep-Wait.html, roy 1.0.8-1 is currently in Dep-Wait on ia64 for libc6-prof (a package which really doesn't exist on ia64, so far as I can tell) Would it be possible to kick roy 1.0.8-1 out of Dep-Wait, as it has correct build-deps for the libc profiling libraries? Or is there something I'm missing here? [[ Please CC me, I'm not on this list. ]] Thanks, Brian Bassett Debianista
