Hi, I'm having same problem on rx4640.
Old 2.6.y works, gentoo install kernel with 3.2.x works.. I try install by netinst CD and via a upgrade from squeeze, in both I have problems in the initrd step, the initrd.img-3.2.0-4-mckinley from wheezy don't work, but old initrd.img-2.6.32-5-mckinley from squeeze works fine.
