chrooted bind

Hello all,
Im trying to chrooting bind. I carefully  read
http://www.psionic.com/papers/dns/dns-linux
and chrooted bind work now, but ! when trying to zone transfer

can't exec /usr/sbin/named-xfer: No such file or directory
