Please consider using real host names. This is getting very confusing.

You do not need the "Listen" directive when you are using the
VirtualHost.

Is this the correct IP? Try using the correct IP.
The Apache documentation covers this.

> ServerName www.xyz.net
Your examples above are different (www.xyx.net is not 192.241.171.5.)
