I haven't tried the other ftp daemons that people on the list have
mentioned, but if you need a ftp daemon for am ISP I recommend NcFTPd
(www.ncftpd.com). It's commercial so you'll have to pay for it but it
has pretty much every feature you'll need for an ISP, and you can run
it in trial mode to see if you like it.
