BTW Apache::Admin::Config does the job with respect of the file indentation. It's not part of Debian but you can find the debian package at: ftp://ftp.rhapsodyk.net/pub/devel/perl/Apache-Admin-Config/. This module is 1 year old, and it's ready for production use.
