If so, I'm off to place bids! Yep, these use the tulip module, and the Matrox uses the eepro100. You might want to enable the CONFIG_NET_HW_FLOWCONTROL option for the tulip; it sometimes has issues with high packet loads (but this option is only available in 2.4.x kernels).
