Look at FAI: Fully Automated Installer. I haven't used it myself yet (have to get around to doing it) but after you setup a 'install-server' you can install all the other servers by booting from network, floppy or install-cd. The other machines will then automagically get their network-config and do a automatic installation (Partitioning, network setup, package selection and installation). Afterwards you can have all servers kept up to date with a local debian mirror and have them apt-get dist-upgrade from that server. -- Mark Janssen Unix / Linux, Open-Source and Internet Consultant @ SyConOS IT E-mail: mark(at)markjanssen.nl / maniac(at)maniac.nl GnuPG Key Id: 357D2178 Web: Maniac.nl Unix-God.[Net|Org] MarkJanssen.[com|net|org|nl] SyConOS.[com|nl]
