Non mi pare. Non credo che s e b vadano bene, e t fa un'altra cosa.
Oltre al fatto che puoi configurare sudo per permettere ad un utente
di cambiarsi le label dei pendrive, ma usarlo per permettergli di
usare fdisk o cfdisk mi pare un zinzino pericoloso.
